We currently operate under Oregon’s Cottage Food Law as well as the Oregon Farm Direct Bill. This means that our products have not been made in a commercial kitchen nor inspected for quality. However, we do follow commercial standards, maintain active Food Handlers Permits, and have 30+ years of experience working in licensed facilities.
